How I work · 01—05

From idea to finished expression.

Five clear stages. You always know what we are deciding now and what happens next. Explore the process below.

The process

Define

01 / 05

We begin by making the task clear. What should the design solve, who should it reach and where will it live? I gather needs, constraints and ambitions in a simple brief so we know exactly what we are working towards.

We find the goal, the audience and the story that matters.

01

Direction

02 / 05

I explore the format, the audience and the visual possibilities. References, sketches and small experiments are shaped into a direction with a clear idea — not just a particular style.

Research and visual routes turn the idea into something concrete.

02

Design

03 / 05

The chosen direction becomes style frames, storyboards and visual principles. This is where typography, colour, composition and the elements that make the work recognisable across formats fall into place.

Sketches become one coherent visual system.

03

Motion

04 / 05

I build the movement from timing and animatic to final animation. You see the work at clear milestones, so feedback arrives at the right time and details can be refined without surprises at the end.

Timing, transitions and sound bring the design to life.

04

Delivery

05 / 05

Finally, I adapt and quality-check the material for the agreed channels. You receive an organised, ready-to-use delivery — and a system that can keep working when the next format or story appears.
